I Don't Want To Receive My Order, What Should I Do?
As stated in our Returns Policy, you can cancel your order at any time before the order has been shipped from our warehouse but once you've received the shipping confirmation it will not be possible to cancel your order. Select ‘My Orders’ Select 'Cancel Items' Add the reason for cancelling your order Click 'Yes', you’ll receive a cancellation confirmation via email.

Can I self-collect the items?

What If There Is A Problem With My Order?
While we try to make sure every order is perfect, sometimes they aren't. Can I Cancel Orders That Have Already Shipped?
You can cancel your order until we have prepared the items therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are prepared for shipment. In the case of a returning an order, the shipping fees (if any) cannot be refunded.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
If we have issued a refund for one of your orders, the amount will be debited into the original card you used for the purchase. Refunds may take XXXXXX business days to show up on your statement depending on your issuing bank.
